INTRODUCTION
It is used for aluminum and its alloy electroplating, especially for electric filter electroplating.
The excellent descaling solution provides a uniform and dense substrate surface for subsequent electroplating, which can obtain good adhesion of the coating.
The solution does not use nitric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid, there is no NOx and hydrogen fluoride gas release during operation, also, no phosphorus emission in wastewater, which is environmentally friendly.
Suitable for aluminum alloy with high silicon content (such as A356, ADC12, etc.).
SOLUTION MAINTENANCE
The degrees baume of the solution should be controlled at 10-18, replenish directly with the original solution if the degrees baume is less than 10.
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
The operation temperature should not exceed 30℃, it is better to keep at 21-25℃.
The tank must be equipped with a refrigerator and a filter, and the material of the cryovial must be iron fluoride or PP plastic.
Stainless steel or plastic are recommended for the material of the rack. Don’t use titanium, copper and other materials.
Avoid dropping metal parts into the solution or leaving them in the solution for a long time.
