RC-NF Acidic Descaling Agent For Aluminum Alloy

INTRODUCTION

• It provides a uniform and dense surface of matrix for subsequent electroplating and obtain a good coating adhesion.

• Do not contain nitric acid and chromic acid.

• No heart release and no NOx emission during procedure.

• The uniform and dense matrix surface provided by NF is particularly for the pretreatment process of cyanide-free zincate, and used with cyanide-free zincate agent to gain a better effect.

• Suitable for most types of aluminum alloy, including high copper content of aluminum alloy such as 2000 series and 380 cast aluminum.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION

The temperature should not exceed 38℃, cold water or ice should be added to stop if the reaction is intense.

Do not drop metal parts into the solution or place them in the solution for a long time.

A sufficient ventilation system is required.
