INTRODUCTION
RC-Ni92 Nano-Ni is a neutral to weak alkaline nickel electroplating solution, which has excellent deep plating performance and is for complex parts. It can be used for iron base coat, improve the anti-corrosion performance of the work piece. It can also be used for the pret-reatment of die-casting aluminum alloy to replace the two-time zincate processes and zinc stripping process. Therefore, simplify the pre-treatment process of die-casting aluminum alloy.

ADJUSTMENT AND REPLENISHMENT
The concentration of nickel ions in RC-Ni92 working solution should be analyzed and adjusted regularly. When the concentration of nickel ions is lower than the range, RC-Ni92 should be added at a ratio of 6-8:1:1, which should be controlled in the range according to the analysis results.
The pH of RC-Ni92 working solution should be determined and adjusted regularly, also, diluted ammonia (50%) or sulfuric acid (10%) should be added to keep it within the range.
