INTRODUCTION
Fast brightening and levelling performance, high deposit rate.

It is suitable for the bright nickel substrate of chrome, bronze, gold, silver and other metals.
The brightener can be directly replenished to the switch for most nickel plating process.
EQUIPMENT
Tank: plastic lined steel or plastic.
Filtration: the filter pump should be able to filter the solution at least four times every hour. Add 0.6 g/l active carbon every 40 hours to gain a better effect.
ROLE OF ADDITIVES AND REPLENISHMENT
Softener RC-5(4x): it decreases the internal stress of coating, improving ductility and promoting covering power of the low current density.
Auxiliary agent RC-1: it has the effect of auxiliary lustre and improves the levelling performance of the brightener. At the same time, the thickness of the coating is more uniform and the low current density area is brighter.
Brightener RC-Ni88: it can be combined with RC-5(4x) and RC-1 to obtain bright coating and shows an excellent levelling performance. The brightener itself contains a certain amount of softeners and auxiliaries, thus only RC-Ni88 needs to be replenished during the electroplating process.

Softener RC-5(4x) is a colorless liquid with plastic barrel packaging. The packaging specification is 25 kg/pcs.
Auxiliary agent RC-1 is a colorless or light yellow liquid with plastic barrel packaging. The longer time is, the deeper the color will be. The packaging specification is 25 kg/pcs.
Brightener RC-Ni88 is a colorless or light yellow liquid with plastic barrel packaging. The longer time is, the deeper the color will be. The packaging specification is 25 kg/pcs.
