INTRODUCTION
It is a low concentration, bright silver plating process and environmental friendly. The solution is stable, the position is good, the silver coating is bright and uniform, and the welding performance is excellent. It is for aluminum alloy cavity plating.
ADVANTAGES
The high and low zone of the silver coating is white and clear, silver coating with strong anti-tarnish and weldability.
Direct plating on copper, brass and bronze.
Normal temperature operation, a wide range of current density, excellent throwing and covering power, suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating.
The silver anode has good solubility and high current efficiency, which ensures the stability of the solution.
Compared with the conventional cyanide silver plating, adhesion is excellent.
It eliminates the risk of cyanide to people and greatly reduces environmental pollution.
SOLUTION MAINTENANCE
The narrow range of current density and high zone charring indicate that the silver content is low or the make-up agent is excessive.
The replacement reaction may result from the silver content is slightly higher, and the make-up agent and pH value are low.
Mist in low areas may result from high pH values or contamination of metal impurities.
