RC-600 Electro-Polishing for Stainless Steel

INTRODUCTION

• It is a new type of electro-polishing additive that works with most stainless steel materials. It is the third generation of products developed by the company to study advanced technologies at home and overseas. The polishing process can performed over a wide range of current densities, with a fast polishing rate and good leveling performance.

• The gloss will last a long time after polishing.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION

The RC-600 is a strong acid bath that avoids contact with the skin and eyes.

The RC-600 is operated in high-temperature conditions, so cooling is necessary to prevent overheating.

Ensure that the contact area between the workpiece and the anode is sufficient to prevent poor conductivity and overheating.

The workpiece must be dried into the tank, otherwise it will create a  pitting.

After polishing, the workpiece is slowly immersed in 30% dilute nitric acid for passivation, and then rinsed, rinsed with warm water, and dried.

The RC-600 is non-flammable and non-explosive, but still avoids direct sunlight. When not in use, it should be sealed and stored below 45℃.

RC-600 electro-polishing for stainless steel is light yellow liquid with plastic barrel packaging. The packaging specification is 25 kg/pcs.
