INTRODUCTION
The products meet the requirements of EU’s ‘ROHS’, ‘WEEE’, as well as environmental protection.
Trivalent chromium passivation for aluminum production, including pure aluminum, aluminum alloy and aluminum die casting.
Strong corrosion resistance, better performance than hexavalent chromium passivate, neutral salt spray test can reach more than 360 hours.
A transparent, light color coating is formed after passivation, but the specific color is determined by the purity of aluminum.
The coating has good temperature resistance and can be heated at 100℃ without reducing its corrosion resistance.
High concentration, low consumption.
It can be used for pretreatment of aluminum spray paint, powder spray and glue coating.
Simple operations include immersion process, spray process or manual.
EQUIPMENT
Tank: plastic tank or stainless steel tank with acid and fluorine resistant lining.
Circulating filtration: two times in an hour at least.
CONSUMPTION
Most of the consumption is loss of drag-out, and 15-20 ml concentrated solution should be added for each treatment of a square meter of product (including loss of drag out).
