INTRODUCTION
It is a water-based liquid specially designed for copper and its alloy and is a product of nano-technology. A thin colorless and transparent film formed on the surface with a thickness of several nanometers. In addition, it prevents the substrate from being corroded by water, seawater, gas, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, and part of the organic vapor erosion of the workpiece. It is mainly used for the protection of copper and its alloy in an indoor environment.
Water-soluble processes, safe and environmentally friendly.
Simple operation. An effective and protective film can be formed on the surface by immersing the thoroughly cleaned workpiece in the working fluid.
The film does not affect welding performance and contact resistance, which is suitable for the protection of electronic components and circuit boards.
The film fails to resist corrosion from ammonia or cyanogen.
The film can be baked at 150-200℃ for 0.5-1h, the protective performance will not decrease.
Large area processing capacity, at least 15-20 square meters per liter, even up to 35 square meters/l under optimal conditions.
The acetic acid system is more stable and less corrosive than other systems containing formic acid.

EQUIPMENT
Tank: stainless steel, glass, rubber lined or polypropylene lined.
Heat system: quartz heating pipe, ceramic heating pipe, stainless steel heating pipe and thermostatic water bath.
Parts can be carried by basket, barrel or rack.
ANALYSIS AND CONTROL
To ensure the best bath effect, the effective concentration, pH value, film thickness and micro-etching depth must be controlled within the effective range.

SOLUTION MAINTENANCE
To prevent copper, oil, wax, alkali and acid washing from polluting the bath, otherwise the performance of the bath will be weakened.
During the operation, the loss of the bath from its breakdown and drag-outs. Bath supplements should be added by analysis, 20 ml/l each time. If the iridescent color of the workpiece occurs, please add (1:1) ammonia to adjust the pH value, or increase the temperature.
STRIPPING SOLUTION
The stripping solution is made by adding 5% of acetic acid or hydrochloric acid to alcohol, the parts with film are immersed for 3 minutes in the bath or electrolysis in electrolysed degreasing.
SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL
HT copper anti-tarnish concentrate should prevent from skin and eye contact. If so, rinse with water immediately and seek medical help if necessary.
