INTRODUCTION
It is free from phosphate, which is applicable for aluminum and its alloys. It can be sprayed or immersed, and the corrosion on aluminum is mild.
It has good cleaning performance, and there will be less foam as long as the liquid temperature is higher than 40℃.
EQUIPMENT
Tanks, pipes and pumps made of low carbon steel
Heat exchangers and nozzles made of 316 stainless steel
Elastic parts made of PTFE or fluororubber
DETERMINATION OF SOLUTION
Add 10 ml of solution and 50 ml of distilled water.
6-8 drops of neutral red indicator (discoloration range: 6.8-8.0), titrated with 0.1 N HCL to red end point.
The milliliters consumed by the HCL solution are the points of RC-152 titration.
For 1,000L of bath, adding 2 kg of RC-152 to increase the number of titration points to about 2.0.
POST-TREATMENT
After all the procedures above, the work piece is thoroughly rinsed with water, and then other processes are carried out.
