INTRODUCTION
It is specially for the aluminum and its alloys cleaning, which is usually used for dipping process. It not only cleans the surface grease, but also removes minor oxide skin.
It meets the process for the aluminum and its alloys which dose not require deep corrosion and suitable for aluminum alloy before the process of chromizing and spraying.
It contains surfactants, so the dereasing process is unnecessary. Therefore, the surface after processed keeps the original glossy of aluminum.
DETERMINATION OF SOLUTION
Total acid: 10 ml of solution was added with 3~5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator and titrated with 0.1N sodium hydroxide. So the solution changed from colorless to red end point. The milliliter number of 0.1N sodium hydroxide consumed was the point number of free acidity.
Total acid range: 15-30 ml
EQUIPMENT
Tank: stainless steel or hard PVC lining material
Rack: stainless steel or fluorine resistant PVC, PP materials
Air agitation: appropriate and even stirring is required
Circulation: PP, PVC lining or 316 stainless steel circulating pump
Addition system: PVC, PP or PE used for charge pump, strong alkali resistance.

The solution is strongly acidic. In the event of contact with the eye, rinse the eye directly with water for at least 15 minutes, and seek for medical help immediately.
