INTRODUCTION
RC-161 is a phosphate-free powdered alkaline degreasing which is suitable for aluminum and its alloys. Both spray and dipping can be an application method, the corrosion of aluminum is mild.
RC-161 has good cleaning performance, the foam is little as long as the liquid temperature is higher than 40℃.
EQUIPMENT
Low carbon steel for tanks, pipes pumps, etc.
316 stainless steel for heat exchangers, nozzles, etc.
Resilient parts for polytetrafluoro, fluorine rubber, etc.
SOLUTION ANALYSIS AND CONTROL
1. Pipette a 10 ml solution, add 50 ml distilled water.
2. Add 6-8 drops of neutral red indicator (color-changing range: 6.8-8.0), titrated to red with 0.1 N HCL.
3. The ml of HCL solution consumed is RC-161 titration points.
For 1,000 liters of solution, adding 2 kg of RC-161 can increase the titration point by about 2.0.
POST-TREATMENT
After the above treatment, the workpiece is thoroughly rinsed with water for subsequent processing.
