INTRODUCTION
It is a descaling agent specially designed for aluminum and its alloy electroplating process that is suitable for any aluminum alloy substrate.
The excellent descaling effect provides a uniform and dense substrate surface for subsequent electroplating, which can obtain good coating adhesion.
The solution does not use nitric acid, phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and there is no release of NO2 and hydrogen fluoride gas during operation. In addition, wastewater does not emit phosphorus, which is conductive to environmental protection.
Particularly suitable for aluminum alloys with high silicon content (such as A356, ADC12 etc).
SOLUTION MAINTENANCE
The baume degree of the solution should be controlled at 8-14, filtration is required, 2-6 cycles per hour, to ensure long-term stability of the process cycle. An additional 40 ml of 50% hydrogen peroxide and 20 g of RC-1503 need to be replenished for each reduction of baume degree.
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
n The solution after make-up should be kept for several hours to raise the solution temperature to above 15℃.
n The operating temperature should not exceed 40℃, it should be controlled between 20-25℃.
n Don’t let the metal parts fall into the solution or be kept in the solution for a long time.
n The product contains strong oxidizing fluoride compounds, which are prohibited from human contact and inhalation. If so, please seek medical help immediately.
